Ecoin Wallet makes importing bitcoin wallets seamless, providing users with flexible and secure options to bring their existing wallets into the app. Here’s how Ecoin simplifies wallet importation:

• Private Key Import: Users can import wallets using private keys in WIF (Wallet Import Format) or HEX formats. This ensures compatibility with a wide range of existing wallets.
• Seed Phrase Support: Ecoin Wallet supports importing wallets with 12- and 24-word seed phrases, offering a secure and straightforward method to restore or migrate wallets. Additionally, it supports reading encrypted QR codes generated by the Ecoin Wallet, providing an extra layer of convenience and security.

06. Passphase (Armored Wallet)

The Passphrase functionality from BIP-39 allows the user to add a custom secret word to their 12- or 24-word seed phrase, creating an extra layer of protection. This action generates a new address, not only more secure but, when combined with a session system, can transform into a true vault: hidden, invisible, and inaccessible to unauthorized users.

The real difference lies in the session system implemented. Once the session is finished (by closing the app), all wallet data is automatically erased from the device, ensuring no traces remain. If you need to access it again, simply enter your passphrase in the same wallet – a quick, simple process that takes only a few seconds. And the best part? Only the correct combination of your passphrase, within the same wallet, can regenerate this wallet. Our system will automatically detect any balance or token associated with your wallet.

Additionally, the Armored Wallet offers protection against coercion situations. If you are forced to open the app and transfer funds, nothing important will be there, as your most valuable assets will be safely protected within the passphrase wallet, keeping them in total security.

12. Auto-Adjusted BTC Amount

Ecoin Wallet provides the Auto-Adjusted BTC Amount feature, which automatically adjusts the total Bitcoin amount when tapping "Max" and clicking "Continue" to review the transaction. The feature ensures that the network fees are deducted from the total, so you can send the maximum possible amount after fees are accounted for.

13. RBF Support

Ecoin Wallet supports the Replace-by-Fee (RBF) feature, allowing users to make flexible adjustments to their pending transactions. This feature is especially useful when a transaction is stuck or taking too long to be confirmed on the blockchain, a situation that can occur during times of network congestion.

RBF is enabled by default for all transactions, it can be disabled if you prefer. To access the RBF settings and make adjustments to your transaction, simply go to the confirmation screen and click on **Settings**. From there, you'll be able to view and modify the transaction details, including fee adjustments and other configurations before finalizing your transaction.

14. Memo Support

Ecoin Wallet offers Memo Support, allowing users to add custom notes in Hex/Bytes format to their Bitcoin transactions. This feature provides:

• Custom Annotations: Attach meaningful information, such as payment references, transaction details, or identifiers, directly to a transaction.

16. Transaction History

Ecoin Wallet provides access to a full history of your Ethereum transactions.Once you connect your wallet, our smart system will automatically fetch your complete transaction history if you choose to enable this feature during wallet import. By default, this option is not enabled, and the transaction history will only begin from the date of wallet connection.

To optimize retrieval times, we save the block of your last transaction. This allows the next fetch to start from that point, ensuring faster data retrieval. Unlike other wallets that don't retrieve previous transaction histories, Ecoin Wallet gives you instant access to all your past activities.
